In line with standard industry practice adopted by most websites, we use basic log files and generic analytics data provided by services such as Google Analytics, Quantcast etc. This includes IP (Internet protocol) addresses, browser type, ISP (Internet service provider) referring/exit pages and platform type (Windows, Mac etc). This is not personal information and cannot be linked to any individual person. This analytics data is used for general assessment of web users trends, which search engines they are coming from, what browsers they are using, which key words they are using to arrive at the landing pages etc... This helps us to learn how to improve our offering even further to serve the needs of many of our users
